belly shirts and my own personal violation....

 I'm a violator of my own blog!  Wedges, Jeans, Hat, and a Carolina Panthers jacket that is 17 sizes too big.  In my defense!! We are at an OAR concert and it was pouring rain...

Next, Are belly shirts back in style?  Maybe I'm behind, please let me know if I am...in my opinion, it's not a good look for anyone, even someone with a flat belly.  I need feedback on this one ladies!
